South Transit Center

City of Fort Collins

Fort Collins, Colorado

Programming, site master planning and design for a new South Transit Center, to anchor the southern end of the $66 million Mason Corridor, a 5.5-mile multi-modal transportation corridor running north-south along the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad right-of-way through the heart of Fort Collins. Improvements include a new 4,300 sq. ft. multi-modal transit center, 11 bays for BRT and fixed-route Transfort buses, 175-space park/ride facility, and bike and pedestrian trail connections.

alm2s provided planning and entitlement approvals through the City of Fort Collins, as well as full architectural and engineering design services.
